Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Property Use Agreement between Williamson County and the Hutto Resource Center for use of Williamson County’s property located at 321 Ed Schmidt Boulevard, Unit No. 100, Hutto, Texas in relation to a back-to-school popup thrift shop to raise money and awareness for the Hutto Resource Center so that it may continue to provide resources and assistance to those in need in the Hutto Community.
Background
The Hutto Resource Center (HRC) wants to use the county’s property for holding a back-to-school popup thrift shop to raise money and awareness for the Hutto Resource Center so that it may continue to provide resources and assistance to the Hutto Community. HRC has requested to use the property beginning on July 23, 2021 in order to accept, sort and tag donations for the sale that is to be conducted on August 15-16, 2021.
