Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Eastwood Section I subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the next section of the Eastwood development.  It consists of 92 lots and 2,883 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $136,720.50 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2021-01-15 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-01-21 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-02-05 – 2nd review complete with comments
2021-03-01 – 3rd submittal of final plat 
2021-03-08 – 3rd review complete with comments
2021-07-06 – 4th submittal of final plat with signatures
2021-07-08 – 4th review complete with comments clear except completing construction
2021-07-08 – receipt of financial security for the remaining construction
2021-07-15 – final plat placed on the July 20, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
