Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 1, to contract number T4461, in the amount of $84,732.16 for the McNeil Rd Milling and Overlay project.
Background
Original contract amount was $1,123,782.03. With the addition of this change order, of $84,732.16, new contract amount will be $1,208,514.19. This Change Order is to extend the limits of milling and overlay to coordinate with Capital Metro railroad crossing repairs.
