BLGY, Inc. is under contract to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for the Children's Advocacy Center Addition project.  Due to the change in procurement method to the Construction Manager at Risk method (CMAR) and updating the agreement to reflect the current standard terms coordinated through the Legal and Audit Departments, the Facilities team is recommending to amend and restate the original PSA with BLGY, Inc. to match the current PSA template. There are no changes to the original agreement amount of $736,556.00 nor the termination date.  The department point of contact Trenton Jacobs.  The funding source is P530.
