Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances to approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for Facilities.
Background
The budget amendment recognizes insurance proceeds received for repairs on the Jail loading lock bollard. The proceeds are being used to offset the expenditures on the damaged Jail loading dock bollard.
