Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Statement of Work/Agreement between Office Depot and Williamson County to provide Hard Drive Shredding Services in the amount of $4,608.00 per Omnia National Co-Operative Contract R160204, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement will support the operations of the Williamson County IT Department for Hard Drive Shredding Services with Office Depot in the amount of $4,608.00 which includes 768 hard drives at a rate of $6.00 per hard drive. The attached Statement of Work has the specific details of the process. Department point of contact is Tammy McCulley. Funding Source is 01.0390.0390.004100 and has been approved by Budget.
