Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the extension of Herbicides Contract #1911, renewal option period 2, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract with Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc. for the term September 24, 2021 – September 23, 2022. This contract is used by the Road and Bridge Department to purchases chemicals to control unwanted roadside vegetation.
Background
This is the last available extension for this Herbicides contract. The Road and Bridge Department submitted a Vendor Performance Report requesting renewal of the agreement. The department point of contact is James Williams. The funding source is in budget under Chemicals, Roadside Spraying, 01.0200.0210.003554.
