Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Northwestern University for Public Safety and Williamson County for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office to be the host agency to conduct the School of Police Staff and Command at the Williamson County Sheriff's Office Training Center located at 8160 Chandler Road, Hutto TX 78634 and authorize the execution of the agreement. 

Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.  The agreement outlines the responsibilities of each party.  In return for hosting the training, the Sheriff's Office will receive tuition-free seats based on the number of registrations.  Should the desired amount of training seats exceed the amount of tuition-free seats that purchase request will be addressed at that time.  Period of performance for this agreement is April 11th-July 1st, 2022.  The Legal and Contract Audit Department's have reviewed and approved this agreement.  There is no cost to the County in participating in this hosting agreement. Department contact is Chief James Carmona and Chief Ken Evans.
