Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the agreement between Williamson County and Health Fairs Plus for Employee Benefit Enrollment in the amount of $6,950.00, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement allows HR staff to setup and prepare for the Williamson County Virtual Benefits Fair for employees. A number of vendors were sourced for this functionality and declined to quote. Health Fairs Plus can provide the needed platform and provided the attached proposal. The point of contact is Shelley Loughrey. Funding Source: Benefits Budget : Wellness Program, Funding source: 01.0885.0885.004996, pending FY22 budget approval.
