Background
Williamson County seeks to lease a certain portion of the Radio Tower located near 5700 CR 327, Granger, TX 76530 and allow lessee to install, operate and maintain equipment for services such as broadband internet. The initial term will be a 5 (five)-year term beginning November 1, 2021, and ending October 31, 2026. The lease may be optionally extended by 5 (five) additional 1 (one)-year terms.
