Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a 2015 Certificate of Obligation budget transfer to close P323 (SO Training Building; $427,697.93), P324 (North Campus Improvements; $57,253.56), P325 (Georgetown Annex Building; $23,053.70), P470 (SO Gun Range Ammo Building; $21,847.66), P512 (M11 Ambulance Station; $69,961.05) and P518 (SOTC Range Wall Replacement; $18,598.86) and move the remaining funds to P356 (2015 CO Non-Departmental).
Background
This transfer is needed to close P323,P324,P325,P470,P512 and P518.
