Consideration and possible action regarding an "Order Authorizing the Defeasance and Redemption of Certain of the County's Outstanding Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Series 2015."
Background
This order authorizes staff to proceed with the Defeasance and/or Redemption of Bonds outstanding for the Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Series 2015 for Cusip Number 9698872J6 in the amount of $10,870,000 current rate of 5% and Cusip Number 9698872G2 in the amount of $11,890,000 current rate of 4%. This is scheulded to take place no later than September 15, 2021. Results will be brought back to Commissioners Court once this is finalized.
