Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the lease of six (6) Sharp Electronics Corp copiers for the Williamson County Sheriff's Office, one (1) in the amount of $256.27 per month for the CIT Department, one (1) in the amount of $163.58 for the Cold Case Department, one (1) in the amount of $393.36 for the HQ Main Department, one (1) in the amount of $162.42 for the Warrants Department. one (1) in the amount of $85.87 for the Impound and one (1) in the amount of $101.82 for HQHR Department, pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4433.

Approval of these leases will support the operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.  New lease term is for 48 months effective 10/01/2021. This includes 6 machines:
 

• 1 Sharp MX-5071 color digital copier with 150 sheet single pass doc. feed and one (1) x 550 Sheet paper drawer priced at $256.27 (includes 2,500 Blk copies per month overages at $0.0070each and 1,500 Clr copies per month overages @ $0.0500each) includes delivery, installation, training, parts, labor and toner.  
• 1 Sharp MX-4071 color digital copier with 150 sheet single pass doc. feed and one (1) x 550 Sheet paper drawer priced at $163.58 (includes 1,000 Blk copies per month overages @$0.0085each and 750 Clr copies per month overages @$0.0500each)  includes delivery, installation, training, parts, labor and toner.  
• 1 Sharp MX-3571 color digital copier with 150 sheet single pass doc. feed and one (1) x 550 Sheet paper drawer priced at $393.36 (includes 3,500 Blk copies per month overages at $0.0085each and 4,500 Clr copies per month overages @ $0.0500each),  includes delivery, installation, training, parts, labor and toner. 
• 1 Sharp MX-4071 digital copier with 150 sheet single pass doc. feed and one (1) x 550 Sheet paper drawer priced at $162.42 (includes 10,000 Blk copies per month overages at $0.0070each)  includes delivery, installation, training, parts, labor and toner.  
• 1 Sharp MX-3571 digital copier with 150 sheet single pass doc. feed and one (1) x 550 Sheet paper drawer priced at $85.87 (includes 600 Blk copies per month overages at $0.0070)  includes delivery, installation, training, parts, labor and toner. 
• 1 Sharp MX-4071 digital copier with 150 sheet single pass doc. feed and one (1) x 550 Sheet paper drawer priced at $101.82 (includes 2,500 Blk copies per month overages at $0.0070each) includes delivery, installation, training, parts, labor and toner.
