Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the quotation attached for Oracle license and support renewal for three (3) years through Mythics pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-TSO-4158 in the amount of $961,754.31.
Background
Approval of this item will support multiple departments across Williamson County. The Oracle platform is the countywide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system supporting Audit, Accounting, Budget, Asset, Purchasing and Human Resource functions. This purchase provides 49 different license types to be renewed for a 3-year period. This agreement will lock in pricing over a 3-year term, the county will be invoiced annually for each fiscal year. Amount to be paid for FY22 is $320,584.77. Quote for 3-year pricing and quote for FY 22 are attached. IT, legal, contract audit, and budget have reviewed and authorized this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004505. Department contact is Alison Gleason.
