Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Mythics for the renewal of Oracle Cloud IDCS plus an additional 200 users for IDCS for a total amount of $93,248.00, pursuant to the Omnia Partners/US Communities contract 180233-002 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

The approval of this agreement renewal will benefit the operations of Williamson County IT Department infastructure and platforms.  The PaaS and IaaS Cloud Services Universal Credits additional licenses are needed to accommodate the growing number of Williamson County employee users.  The attached agreements have detailed information describing the products and services covered in this purchase. This agreement is for a twelve (12) month period of time ending in September 2022.  IT has verified the pricing on the quote.
