Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Elections Systems and Software LLC (ES&S) and Williamson County for Ballot on Demand Services and Election Setup Services in the amount of $4,930.00 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Elections Department. Agreement attached outlines the details for the Ballot on Demand software and Election Setup Services and fee structure. Agreement initial term is for one (1) year and will automatically renew annually. Software license total is $2,430 per year charged to line item 01.0100.0503.004505.
Election setup fees are determined by the year's upcoming scheduled elections. The setup fee for this coming year is estimated to be $2,500. Those fees will be split with $1,500.00 charged to 01.0100.0492.004251 and $1,000.00 charged to 01.0375.0375.004251. Department contact is Christopher Davis.
