Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to First Amended and Restated Agreement for Design & Engineering Services with BLGY, Inc., for the Children’s Advocacy Center Addition Project (P530). BLGY provided additional services for Revit Model Changes required during Post-VE Construction Budget Augmentation. Under Section 7 of First Amended and Restated Agreement, A/E can be compensated for additional services and charges up to $29,462. These services will be reimbursed for $18,906.
