Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the License Agreement between Williamson County and Love146, Inc. for Prevention Education for vulnerable and at-risk youth in regards to child trafficking and exploitation for an annual relicensing fee of $200.00 per person with a $50.00 materials fee charged for each individual receiving training, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

The approval of this License Agreement will benefit the Williamson County Sheriff's Office with educational tools and information resources to aid in the prevention of child trafficking and exploitation and to help serve and protect our youth.  Currently, this training is conducted by Deputy Sheriff Matthew Kreidel and the County does not incur a fee.  This arrangement is ending, however, and the fees will apply in upcoming years.  Training fees will be expenses within approved budgetary limits.  More information is defined in the attached agreement outlining the program.  The department point of contact is Chief James Carmona.
