Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on recognizing Williamson County Precinct 4 Constable Paul Leal and his staff receiving the FBI-LEEDA (Law Enforcement Executive Development Association) agency award and becoming the first Constable office in the nation to have every commissioned Deputy of the agency earn and receive the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award.
Background
To earn the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award, a student must complete an intensive 85 hour, 3-part training series to include FBI-LEEDA's Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute, and Executive Leadership Institute.
The Mission Statement of FBI-LEEDA is to advance the science and art of law enforcement leadership and promote the exchange of information to improve law enforcement management practices through training, education, and networking among police professionals across the United States and beyond.
