Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures of Non-Departmental in the General Fund for fiscal year 2021-2022.
Background
Additional expenses will be incurred for the general fund for FY22 for insurance related claims and updated premium rates (i.e. dwellings and general liability) resulting from contracts currently in the negotiation process.
