Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necesscity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures in the Road and Bridge Fund for fiscal year 2021-2022.
Background
Additional expenses will be incurred for the Road and Bridge fund for FY 22 for insurance related claims and updated premium rates (i.e. auto liability, mobile equipment and vehicle insurance) resulting from contracts currently in the negotiation process.
