Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the renewal of of Immix Technology, Inc. Annual Maintenance Agreement for workforce timekeeping software in the amount of $87,552.75, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-TSO-4315.

Background

Approval of this item will support Countywide workforce timekeeping through the Immix Technology, Inc. system known internally as Kronos.  The annual maintenance agreement will cover the period from 11/1/2021-10/31/2022.  Quote is attached outlining the different types of maintenance included in the purchase.  IT, legal, contract audit and budget have reviewed this purchase.  Pricing has been verified.  Department contact is Alison Gleason.  This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004505.
