Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Tradesman Services, Change Order No. 1 for the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center RTU Replacement project (P533) $3,453.00 and for a time extension of 150 calendar days.
Background
This change order is extended electrical whips for seven (7) RTUs for safe wiring/conduit that is serving GFCIs in twenty-seven (27) existing RTUs. There is a time extension requested for ninety (90) calendar days due to the Lennox Component Shortage. On April 13, 2021, the Williamson County Commissioners Court awarded RFP T2795 to Tradesman Services, LTD in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,843,503.00. Department point of contact is Angel Gomez. Funding source is P533.
