Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 3 Section 2 subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 3 development.  It consists of 165 single family lots, 9 open space/landscape/utility lots, 2 open space/water quality/drainage/landscape/utility lots and 8,496 linear feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $3,898,539.50 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2021-05-11 – initial submittal of final plat 
2021-05-11 – receipt of a financial security for the remaining construction
2021-06-10 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-09-07 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-09-22 – 2nd review complete with all comments clear
2021-09-22 – receipt of final plat with all signatures 
2021-09-23 – final plat placed on the September 28, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
