Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 4 Section 1 subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the first section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 development.  It consists of 311 single family lots, 7 amenity/open space/water quality/drainage/landscape/public utility lots, and 12,767 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $3,024,827.59 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2021-06-15 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-08-16 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-08-26 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2021-08-27 – 3rd submittal of final plat 
2021-08-27 – receipt of a financial security for the remaining construction
2021-09-10 – 3rd review complete with comments
2021-09-17 – 4th submittal of final plat
2021-09-22 – 4th review complete with comments clear
2021-09-23 – final plat placed on the September 28, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
