Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to acknowledge and record into minutes an Amendment to the Master Commercial Card Agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N. A. and City of Fort Worth, Texas and utilized by Williamson County for P-Card services.  The original interlocal purchasing agreement between Williamson County and City of Fort Worth approved on 5/17/2011.

Williamson County has utilized the City of Fort Worth’s agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. for its Purchasing Card (P-Card) services since 5/17/2011.  The P-Card platform is utilized by designated Williamson County staff to improve performance by increasing purchasing oversight and spending control, helping to reduce costs and streamlining the payment process. A volume rebate is provided by the program.

JPMorgan Chase Bank occasionally updates the underlying commercial card agreement, which does not require any signatures from Williamson County. The attached amendment is to supplement the record of an already approved interlocal agreement for utilizing these services via the City of Fort Worth’s arrangement.
