Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a lease agreement between Pitney Bowes, Inc. and Williamson County for a new postage meter machine in the amount of $60.63 per month for 60 months, pursuant to Sourcewell (formerly NJPA) Contract #041917-PIT, and authorizing the execution of the lease.
Background
Approval of this lease agreement will support the operations of the Williamson County Constable Precince 4 Office. The lease agreement is for 60 months at a monthly rate of $60.63 and billed quarterly at $181.89. Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed the lease. The Department contact is Brian Olson. This expenditure will be charged to line item 01.0100.0554.004216.
