Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement between Williamson County and PowerDMS for a policy and compliance management platform software for a total of $25,469.49 for a twelve (12) month period, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The approval of this agreement will benefit the Williamson County IT Department with the ability to create, edit, organize and distribute content from a secure, cloud-based site. Key features included are automatic workflows, signature capture and tracking, side-by-side comparison, Public-Facing documents, PowerDMS University and analytics, for advanced reporting. The attached agreement has further details regarding this service and training. Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed this agreement. The department point of contact is Jeff Isbell. The line item being charged is 01.0100.0503.005741.
