Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the lease of one (1) SHARP Electronics Corp copier for the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, in the amount of $143.82 per month, pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4433.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. Copier lease is for a term of 36 months starting on 12/1/2021 at a rate of $143.82. This monthly rate includes 7,000 copies, delivery, installation, training, parts, labor and toner. Additional pages of the allotted 7,000 will be billed at $.0070 each.
