This is a recurring annual insurance policy that is required for the County's underground fuel storage tanks.  Policy funding is budgeted annually.  FY 22 annual premium is estimated at $1,200.00, however, this insurance is a two-step agenda posting process. The warranty letter, attached herein, is submitted to agenda first, followed by a later submission with the renewal quote.
