Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the lease agreement between Williamson County and Sharp Electronics Corp. for one (1) copy machine for the Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 office for a monthly fee of $138.51 plus overages, pursuant to the DIR-CPO-4433 contract.
Background
The approval of this new lease agreement will benefit the Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 office (JP1) with a new copy machine. The JP1 office currently has two copiers and this new one will replace both of those. The monthly dollar amount is $138.51 and included in the agreement is 4,000 copies a month with overages to be charged at $.0069 each, delivery, installation, training, professional services, parts, labor and toner. This agreement is for 48 months. The department point of contact is Raven McGuffin. The line item expenditure is 01.0100.0451.004621.
