Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the lease agreement between Williamson County and Sharp Electronics Corporation for one (1) copy machine at a monthly rate of $159.05, to include 3,000 copies per month with overages to be charged at $0.0084 each, delivery, installation, training, parts, labor, toner and staples, pursuant to the DIR-CPO-4433 contract.
Background
The approval of this agreement will benefit the Williamson County Public Information Office with a new copy machine. The attached agreement outlines the monthly charge plus the details of what is included in the agreement. The monthly dollar amount is $159.05 and included in the agreement is 3,000 copies a month with overages to be charged at $.0084 each, delivery, installation, training, professional services, parts, labor and toner.
