Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of five (5) pieces of Heavy Equipment from Holt Cat for one (1) Caterpillar 926M Wheel Loader in the amount of $168,272.00, one (1) Caterpillar C S56B Paving & Compactor in the amount of $169,777.00, one (1) Caterpillar 330 TC Excavator with pin grabber in the amount of $329,772.00, these three (3) include an Extended Warranty of 48 months or 2000 hrs. The Department will also purchase one (1) Caterpillar 120 Motor Grader in the amount of $260,022.00 and one (1) Caterpillar D5 VP Track Type Bulldozer in the amount of $318,926.00 to include extended warranty 60 Months for a total amount of $1,246,769.00 pursuant to Sourcewell Contract #032119-CAT.

This purchase of Heavy Equipment benefits the Road and Bridge Department.
