Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to Work Authorization No. 2 under Williamson County Contract between Alliance Engineering Group and Williamson County, dated September 17, 2019, for On-Call Materials Testing and Geotechnical Services. Funding Source will be P475.
Background
This supplemental agreement is to increase the maximum amount payable from $17,234 to $18,342 for additional testing services required by the County. Contract Termination date shall be modified to October 31, 2021.
