Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on correcting the spreadsheet for RFQ #21RFSQ2 Design or Engineer Services for Minor County Building Projects to include Henderson Professional Engineers to the recommended firms attached for a period of five (5) years on an as-needed basis.
Background
Williamson County approved the list of firms to be awarded on the Commissioners’ Court agenda dated 10.05.2021, item no. 44. Henderson Professional Engineers was left out due to a typo. Attached is the corrected sheet for the Civil Engineering section.
The awarded pool of professionals will be valid for five (5) years with yearly review for possible addition or removal of firms. Professional Service Agreements (PSA) will be contracted on an as-needed basis and will be presented to court for approval at that time. Budgeted amounts will vary as various line items, and project numbers may be used. Trenton Jacobs is the point of contact.
