Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Non-Departmental.

During the budget process Constable Chance agreed to transfer three shotguns to the Constable Precinct #3 Office with the promise from our office that we would put the funds in his FY22 budget to purchase three new shotguns, ones that he preferred.  Even though I show this item was completed, the money was not and is not in his budget.  Because there was excess money added to contingencies after running some of our payroll processes, this will not impact the original contingency amount requested for the year.
