Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for EMS.
Background
Each year we budget using projected work comp rates from our carrier/Human Resources. These are merely estimates and shortages/overages are unknown until the actual invoice is received. The invoice was posted today and the work comp line in EMS is short. This transfer will cover the shortage through the end of FY22.
