Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 Section 22 subdivision – Precinct 3.

This phase is the next phase in the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 development. This final plat consists of 58 single family lots, 1 open space/water quality/drainage/landscape/utility lots, 1 open space/ landscape/utility lots and 2,852 linear feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete but a performance bond in the amount of $1,527,445.79 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

Timeline
2019-12-19 – initial submittal of final plat 
2020-01-19 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-09-02 – 2nd submittal of final plat and receipt of a performance bond for the amount of the remaining construction
2021-09-17 – 2nd review complete with all comments 
2021-10-12 – 3rd submittal of final plat with all signatures
2021-10-13 – 3rd review complete with all comments clear
2021-10-14 – final plat placed on the October 19, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
