Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of one (1) piece of Heavy Equipment from Holt Cat for one (1) Caterpillar Road Recycler RM500B in the amount of $745,277.00 to include 48-month warranty pursuant to Sourcewell Contract #032119-CAT.
Background
This purchase of Heavy Equipment benefits the Road and Bridge Department. The Road Recycler is to be purchased with a 48-month warranty or 2500 hours for powertrain, hydraulics and technology per the attached quote. Department contact: Shea Webb, Funding Source: 01.0200.0210.005711 and approved in the FY22 budget.
