Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Consulting Services Agreement with Rely Information Systems, LLC for DBA patch and upgrade assistance and general Oracle DBA support and maintenance of Williamson County Oracle applications for the term of November 1, 2021 through October 31, 2022 in the not-to-exceed amount of $79,200, exempting the provided services from the competitive bidding proposal requirements per the County Purchasing Act, pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal services, as set forth under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024.(a)(4), and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Rely Information Systems, LLC will provide consulting services, on an as-needed basis at the rate of $98.00 per hour, for general DBA patch and upgrade assistance and general Oracle support and maintenance under a time and material basis.  Funding source of 01.0100.0503.004100 Professional Services.  The department point of contact is Minnie Beteille.
