Discuss, consider and take any necessary action to approve First Addendum for Agreement Between Williamson County and Industrial Asphalt, LLC involving Solicitation #1809-262 Asphalt Mixes to add assumed name for vendor as Alleyton Resource Company and record same into the Court’s minutes.

Background

The vendor requested a name change to add an assumed name. This situation is different from a contract transfer in that no assets or contracts have been transferred, and the original vendor entity remains; however, they have added a d/b/a.  Approval of this updated name will minimize confusion in the county’s records and allow Accounts Payable to pay invoices correctly going forward.
