Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the North Haven Phase B subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the final phase of the North Haven development.  It consists of 47 residential lots, 1 drainage & open space lot and 4,454 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.

2021-08-20 – initial submittal of the final plat
2021-09-17 – 1st review complete with comments
2021-10-05 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2021-10-19 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2021-10-26 – 3rd submittal of final plat 
2021-10-27 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2021-10-28 – 3rd review complete with comments clear
2021-10-28 – final plat placed on the November 2, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
