Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on accepting a report on the Williamson County Justice Center Renovation Project (P515) HCS, Inc. Change Order #05 in the amount of $28,332.55. This change order is being funded by P515 Project Contingency from within the original project budget.
Background
This change order is for electrical improvements within the project. On November 17, 2020, the Williamson County Commissioners Court granted Tom Stanfield, Williamson County Facilities Senior Project Manager, with general authority to approve change orders up to $30,000 in relation to Williamson County Justice Center Renovations (P515), pursuant to Local Government Code 262.031. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
