Background
This is a replat of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 4 Section 1 subdivision that was previously approved on September 28, 2021. The purpose of this replat is to divide amenity lot 47 into 47A and 48A, and to revise bearing and distance information along the right-of-way boundaries.
