Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a lease agreement between Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, Inc. and Williamson County for two (2) copy machines in the amount of $260 per month for 60 months, pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4439 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this lease will support the operations of the Williamson County Elections Department. Lease is for (2) two machines for a term of 60 months at the rate of $260 per month. This amount covers the lease fee for both machines. This will replace Election's current machine and add a second unit. Maintenance agreement includes all toners and supplies, all copies to be billed monthly. This expenditure will be charged to FY22 01.0100.0492.004621. Department contact is Chris Davis.
