Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the disposal of county assets through trade-in (Quote attached) pursuant to Tex. Local Gov't Code 263.152(2) and the purchase of five (5) Wheeled Coach Ford F450 Type1 (Ambulances) from Siddons – Martin, LLC in the total amount of $1,279,434.00 through the H-GAC purchasing cooperative contract #AM10-20 (EMS) and authorizing the purchase.

The attached quote is for the purchase of 5 each EMS Department Ambulances with the trade in allowances of county assets: ET1604 ($12,000.00), ET1495 ($12,000.00), ET1365 ($15,000.00), ET1368 ($14,000.00), and ET1363 ($14,000.00.)
