Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the quote from Infax for an Infax Digital Signage Software and Services System display for the new courtroom, including one (1) year maintenance of $6,624.00, exempting this purchase from the competitive bidding requirement under Texas Local Government Code 262.024(a)(7)(D) (captive replacement parts or components for equipment) and authorizing the execution of this quote and the attached Addendum. The funding source is P515.

Background

Williamson County has previously purchased the overall electronic docket monitor system and this is for the purchase of additional equipment for the system including a one-year maintenance plan. Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed this agreement.  Budget and Audit have approved for FY22. The Department point of contact is Richard Semple.
