Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a lease agreement between Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA, Inc and Williamson County for a copier lease for sixteen (16) copiers in the amount of $1,362.00 per month, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4439 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

Approval of this lease will support the operations of the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center offices.  This lease is for 60 months at a rate of $1,362.00 per month for all 16 copiers and will begin in 01/22. The attached lease agreement details all the information regarding each copier and the copy amounts allowed per month per copier and overage charges.  This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0576.4621. Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed this agreement.  Budget and Audit have approved this agreement.  The department contact is Ashley Culin.
