Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2021 donation dollars for EMS.
Background
EMS received donations throughout the fiscal year. At the end of the Fiscal Year 2021, $25,469.56 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those 2021 donations to be spent in 2022.
