Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action to approve the Fourth Amendment to Administrative Services Agreement with Web TPA Employer Services, LLC in order to support county's indigent health program operations and exempting services through December 31, 2022 from competitive bidding or proposal requirements pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code Chapter 262.2 ("public health or safety").
Background
The current agreement is set to expire on December 31, 2021. An RFP was done and no responses were received. We are extending to allow more time to put out another RFP and explore other possible options.
